Hiring Location: Early Learner Center in Emeryville, CA

What We Offer

• $1500 Sign-on Bonus for full time RBT certified staff! Receive a $750 bonus after 6 months and another $750 after 1 year of full time work!
• $500 Sign-on Bonus for non-certified staff! Receive a $250 bonus after 6months and another $250 ater 1 year of full time work!
• Competitive hourly pay of $22-$29, based on experience and performance
• No driving between sessions
• BCBA supervisors always onsite

Minimum Requirements

• Previous ABA experience
• RBT certification or 40-hour training certificate
• Successfully complete a DOJ background check
• High school diploma or further education
• Documentation for all childcare-industry vaccinations, including Covid-19

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour

Experience:

• Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:
