Overview:
The Certification Quality Assurance Representative Sr (QM) is responsible for performance monitoring of Mass Notification System (MNS) program functional areas through the established auditing program, document control program, and Vectrus Continuous Improvement (CSI) Program. The QM can perform audit surveillances of Program internal procedures to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of processes. Responsibilities also include scheduling, reviewing audits, approving audits, mentoring auditors, and ensuring quality databases are maintained. Ensures all quality systems comply with ISO 9001-2015 standards. Monitoring the customer comment program, ensuring all data is collected, analyzed and reported to leadership. This position will report to the Corporate HQ Quality Manager or designee.

Major Job Activities:
Conducts audit surveillances in functional or operational areas as required.- Monitors program functions for compliance with the PWS & ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).
- Prepares audit/surveillance reports as needed; assists in root cause analysis and development of corrective/preventive action plans as required; performs follow up audits to determine completeness and effectiveness of corrective/preventive actions.
- Monitors and oversees the site implementation of the Customer Comment Program,ensuring all data is collected, analyzed, and reported timely.
- Participate and facilitate, as required, in Quality partnering meetings with Internal and External Customers.
- Schedules, assigns, reviews and approves audits.
- Other duties as assigned.

Personal computer, printer, fax, and other general office equipment, as well as virtual collaboration environments.

Education / Certifications:
Two years related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if a degree is required.- High School Diploma; ISO 9001: 2015 Lead Auditor certification (or able to obtain).
- Must have ability to acquire and maintain a Common Access Card.
- Must have valid US Passport, valid US or Country of Origin driver’s license.
Experience / Skills:
7 years in contracting environment, with a minimum of 5 years of management or supervisory experience highly desirable. Successful candidate must also show evidence of knowledge and experience in DMAIC or LEAN, and developing, implementing and managing continuous improvement projects.- Must have proven Leadership skills.
- Must have high level or senior organizational skills.
- Must have a working knowledge of FAR, ISO 9001:2015 & DoD regulations.
- Must have expensive experience with all Microsoft office products and database management.
- Candidate must also be able to work under pressure, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent English Communication skills both written and oral.
