Affirmed is looking for a reliable, flexible caregiver to work with one of our amazing clients in Montvale, NJ. The care is for 2 people, but mostly for the male client. The female client is minimal care. This case also has overtime potential.

Qualifications
Physical requirements as outlined by the Department of Health of NJ
- Physical not older than 1 year
- Proof of MMR
- Quantiferon, PPD or chest x-ray
- COVID-19 vaccination card with booster if eligible
Valid HHA License
Authorized to work in the USA
The ability to carry out a care plan
