General Overview:

Keneco Petroleum Equipment is a locally owned and operated business established in the Great Falls Valley since 1968. We are pleased that you are interested in applying for the position of Wayne Certified Fuel Technician to join our Keneco Petroleum Equipment team. This position is based in Montana with the opportunity to reside in the greater, Kalispell, Great Falls, Helena, Bozeman or Missoula areas.

Daily Duties:

Family focused business that supports our employees work-life balance. The Wayne Certified Fuel Technicianis responsible for providing quality customer service for Keneco customers by applying in-depth knowledge the industry and services as well as communicating effectively with team members.

An ideal candidate will have considerable working knowledge of commercial electrical applications. Strong mechanical aptitude is preferred. Working knowledge of Wayne Fueling Equipment, including fuel dispensers, diagnostics, repairs, reprogramming, inspections, installation and system upgrades. General knowledge of state and federal EPA compliance and regulations. Above average skill in the use of a personal computer and common computer applications. Considerable skill in assessing and troubleshooting client needs to determine appropriate resolution. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Above-average skill in gathering and organizing data. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

The preferred knowledge, skills and abilities described above are typically acquired through the completion of formal technical program and 5+ years of related work experience.

• Diagnosing Issues
• Repair/Replace Malfunctioning Parts
• Reprogramming
• Inspections
• Upgrade Current Equipment
• Installation of New Equipment
• State Compliance

Earnings:

This is a full-time 40 hour per week position. The starting wage range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 per hour depending upon experience, certifications and qualifications
