Swisher & Johnson, CPAs, PLC is a well-established, full-service, local CPA firm located in historic Lexington, Virginia. We are looking to expand our leadership team and are currently seeking a motivated, licensed CPA to join our firm as an income partner with a fast track to an ownership position.

Our ideal candidate will have experience with accounting and auditing, tax preparation (individual, corporate, fiduciary, and not-for-profit), and tax planning, with a desire to build long term client relationships via the services we provide. The hire will be at the partner level and will have direct responsibility for helping to manage the daily operations of the practice and will step into existing client relationships and help lead the direction of the firm as well as generate new client relationships.

To be considered, you will need to work out of our Lexington, VA office and be a currently licensed CPA with at least ten years of experience in public accounting including experience at the manager level.

We serve a diverse mix of clients primarily in the Lexington/Rockbridge County/Staunton/Augusta County area.
