Brookhaven Nursing and Rehab a community of caring individuals working together to bring quality, compassionate, and personalized care to those in need of our services, is currently looking fill open positions on our team in our nursing department. This position requires a candidate to have a valid nursing license (RN/LPN), that allows practice within the state of Missouri. This position will report directly to Nurse Management, job duties might include but are not limited too;

• Leading a team to ensure our residents receive quality care and exceptional service
• Assessing residents condition and reporting changes as required
• Provide residents medical care routine and as needed
• Ensure quality resident care is delivered in a manner that is compassionate, efficient, and individualized to each residents needs.
• Provide exceptional nursing service within your scope of practice to our residents.
• Other duties as assigned
