Our busy clinic is looking for a new out services team member. This position has a lot of different responsibilities and requires a candidate who is good with patients and great at multitasking. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person. Please come be part of our great team!

Responsibilities include:

• Helping patients check out at the end of their visits
• Sending out referrals
• Collecting payments
• Coordinating follow-up testing for the patient
• Working with the pharmacist technician
• Answering telephone calls
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Updating patient information in the system
• Properly documenting in the medical records
• Working on letters/faxes
• Other duties as assigned

We have two locations that the clinic moves between in Dallas and Grand Prairie. This position is required to travel between the two.

We preferred candidates with an associates or college education but will also consider candidates with experience in the above areas.

Pay will be based on experience.
