Client Success Manager For Private Fitness Studio
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Client Success Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our current clients receive the highest level of satisfaction by exceeding their expectations. In addition to conducting community outreach, checking in with clients, and reaching out to past members, the Client Retention Specialist will organise personalised gifts and cards to maintain a personal touch with clients. The Specialist will also build strategic partnerships with physiotherapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists to create additional opportunities for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach activities to our current clients to exceed their expectations and identify opportunities to provide additional value to them
- Develop and implement a plan to keep in touch with current clients and keep them engaged with our brand
- Reach out to past members and create a plan to bring them back into our program
- Organise personalised gifts and cards to maintain a personal touch with clients
- Build strategic partnerships with physiotherapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists to create additional opportunities for our clients
- Collaborate with other teams to create and execute affinity marketing programs to engage with our clients and gain referrals
- Attend networking events in the community to build relationships with potential clients and partners
- Work with the marketing team to create collateral and other promotional materials to support client retention efforts
- Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback to improve our retention strategies
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of clients from the acquisition phase to the retention phase
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Client Retention Specialist, Account Manager, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Familiarity with affinity marketing and community outreach strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to create personalized experiences for clients
- Experience building strategic partnerships with physiotherapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists is a plus
- Social Media content creation experince is a plus

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
