Your role at Clorox:
Clorox Companies are looking to expand our operations at our Aberdeen, Maryland plant location. We are adding staff in our Technical Support/Maintenance Department.
Candidates must be able to work all three (3) shifts and overtime as business needs dictate. 1st shift: 7am – 3:30pm, 2nd shift: 3pm – 11:30pm, 3rd shift: 11pm – 7:30am
This position will start between $26.02/hr. and $34.02/hr. based on skills and experience, with opportunities to advance through a skill-based pay system.

In this role, you will:
The primary function of the Technical Support Team is to provide system maintenance support to the production operations. The function of this position is to support the production and facility operations in the areas of preventative, corrective, and project/special maintenance. An individual assigned to this role is expected to perform duties safety as prime requirement with some supervision and direction as assigned by the Maintenance Team Coordinator to support operations. Daily tasks include initiating/completing repairs to equipment, maintaining electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems and components of production equipment and machines, and troubleshooting/installation of complex electrical systems using various specialized tools, electrical test equipment, PLC interface, computers, blue prints, and manuals
In this role, you will:
- Perform Preventative Maintenance Activities on Production, Troubleshooting, and Repairing of all Production and Process Equipment. Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Electrical, PLC programming/troubleshooting, and VFD programming/troubleshooting
- Generate work orders and provide specification of parts.
- Basic Shop Fabrication – basic shop and hand tools
- Rebuild/Repair Spare Equipment
- Support new improvement and capital projects
- Complete P.M.’s and close out Work Orders
- Support production lines as needed.

- Organizational skills: ability to develop a work plan and execute against it.
- Basic Analytical/Troubleshooting
- Some knowledge of control system network
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Adhere to all Good manufacturing practices requirements
- Knowledgeable in basic mechanical systems
- Flexibility in schedule and work assignments
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent support service
- Demonstrated safety concern for yourself and others
- Be able to lift 50 pounds consistently.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check, and physical and drug test.
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Office, Email
