Position: Commercial Cleaning Technician I (Entry-level)

Starting Pay rate: $14 - $18 per hour
Days & Times: Mon-Fri 5:30PM to 9:00PM

What services you’ll provide:

• Clean and stock restrooms, breakrooms, etc.
• Gather and empty trash and replace trash bags
• Following a cleaning maintenance schedule (Dust furniture, walls, etc.)
• Clean floors (sweep, mop, scrub, or vacuum).
• Use cleaning equipment & supplies to TCHC standards

Qualifications:

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to learn and consistently execute TCHC cleaning standards
• Ability to bend, stoop, stand, walk, reach, and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift 20 lbs.
• Team player with a positive outlook.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cockeysville, MD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
