Looking for a Management Position with a local company with a history of excellence? Broussard Brothers, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Construction Readiness Manager. Our ideal candidate has experience around construction equipment and a minimum of 5-7 years experience in Gulf of Mexico Construction and/or Oil and Gas Operations. A bachelor's degree is preferred. We want a candidate who will embrace the Broussard Brothers values while leading an established construction department. Position is located in Intracoastal City - Vermilion Parish just south of Abbeville.

• Personnel Management including crew selection, scheduling, time approval, disciplinary action, scheduling training, annual evaluations, and vacation approval.
• Attend project/pre-job meetings and ensure Foremen understand project scope.
• Regulatory compliance including gathering and tracking certifications, scheduling and preparing crews for audits.
• Dry dock scheduling, coordinating dock repairs, logging repairs.
• Purchase orders and invoicing
