Contract Analyst

Job Description:

• Enterprise Supplier Management (ESM) is responsible for evaluating contracted Service Level Agreements and Recovery Time Objectives to ensure alignment with third-party service providers’ contracted recovery expectations and escalate issues where misalignment exists.
• This role will conduct and document contract reviews to 1) identify the activity (Continuity Tests, Reports, etc.) and cadence (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually, etc.) for our client and Third-Party to remit contractual objects for compliance and indemnification.
• Review supplier contracts and identify contractual obligations and required cadence by the client and third-party supplier.
• Create a standardized format to document contract review results, to include: the required object, frequency, metrics (KPIs, SLAs, RTOs, RPOs, etc.), indemnities (rebates, Service Level Credits, etc.), misaligned requirements.
• Capture, summarize and report contract review findings to include misaligned requirements to ESM leadership.
• Assist Engagement Owners and Managers with identifying and understanding gaps to contractual obligations requiring remediation.
• Support continuous improvement activities to mature ESM supplier continuity efforts.
• Maintain team policies, procedures, and other documentation.

Mandatory Skills:

• Contract Management, Vendor Management, Relationship Management, (Third Party) Risk Management), Project Management, Sourcing, or related experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48.00 - $50.00 per hour
