Position Overview
The eCommerce Merchandising/Operations Coordinator will maintain the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce business. This role will focus on product data, visual merchandising, site optimization and efficiencies, and working cross-functionally to improve the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with digital Creative team to brief in monthly concepts/ideas and page layouts (Homepage, Landing Pages, and Shops) to support category initiatives and strategies
- Establish collaborative relationships with eCommerce team, as well as Creative Services, Merchandising, Planning, and Marketing to understand the end-to-end process of bringing product to life on the site
- Visual merchandising strategy and identifying ways to optimize and enhance product pages, category pages, navigation browsing, internal site search and filters
- Prepare for monthly deliveries including tracking inventory, copy, images
- Product lifecycle management, including executing product upload, style grouping, cross-sells, attributing, and price approvals
- QA the site and email sends daily
- UAT all Club Monaco site related projects to ensure business requirements are met and partner with proper cross-functional teams for sign off
- Monitor site for bugs and partner with cross functional teams to resolve site content and product related issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field required
- Self-starter with superior time management, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work cross functionally, understanding different needs of the business and managing expectations.
- Understanding of business impact as it relates to customer journey.
- Experience with running and evaluating results from user testing initiatives.
- Experience with A/B testing platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware).
- Desire and ambition to keep ahead of industry trends and new technologies.
- Exceptional data-analysis skills and ability to communicate findings effectively in a non-technical manner.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and creative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain respectful, strong relationships across the organization
