Feast & Fettle is seeking a dynamic EMAIL STRATEGIST & COPYWRITER to join the Growth Marketing team. This role will focus on writing compelling content and deploying email and SMS campaigns for reactivation.

This is a fully in-office role at our East Providence, Rhode Island production facility and offices.

What will the Email Strategist & Copywriter do?

This team member can expect to:

• Write top-notch copy for emails and blog posts; ownership of the brand voice and attention to detail will be key

• Own end to end execution of email and SMS marketing campaigns (scheduling, deployment, segmentation, reporting)

• Develop email and SMS marketing strategies to drive customer retention and reactivation, including A/B testing and driving optimizations to enhance engagement.

• Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

• Write copy for landing pages and help with conversion rate optimization

• Write long-form blog posts to drive conversion

What does a strong applicant for this position have?

• 3+ years experience in B2C communications

• Excitement about working in a startup environment that supports continuous innovation and offers a variety of projects

• Experience writing excellent copy and iterating based on team feedback

• Experience using analytical platforms to analyze data, identify trends, summarize results, and extract actionable insights

• Experience with an SMS platform and an email service provider (Hubspot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Salesforce)

• A problem solving approach

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and Adobe Suite
