Our innovative, award-winning financial services client are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who has excellent attention to detail and a background in customer service whether gained in office, retail or hospitality environments. The role is based in their Haywards Heath office, a short walk from the station and with excellent bus links and will be responsible for ensuring customers have the right documentation in place within a busy phone and administration role.
