1. Job Objective

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing customer service to assigned accounts. Will assist and support the Customer Service Manager. Responsible for sales orders data entry and other data entry as well.

2. Competence / Responsibility

· Enters sales orders into M2M and supports Customer Service and Sales

· Assists the Customer Service Manager to resolve account issues and customer concerns

· Receives orders from customers, complete data entry in database and confirm orders with assigned customer accounts

· Attends daily meetings for obtaining inventory information and scheduling shipments

· Assists logistics department with truck scheduling and dock times

· Understands customer packaging and assists with truck cubing

· Manage EDI order downloads and make corrections as needed

· Communicates effectively and professionally with customers and production staff to maintain and build strong customer relationships

· Exhibits positive attitude and action with regards to work and the Company

• Maintains properly organized files according to the contents such as confidential and general information, documents and records properly stored
• Supports management on required activities
• Responsible for other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
