TAG Consulting is seeking a Specialty Customer Service Associate to join our team in Cumberland County, PA! This person will be responsible for copay assistance and Variable Copay Program within our Specialty Department. We are currently on a hybrid schedule and our hours are 830am-5pm or 10am-6:30pm M-F!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain schedules
• Assist with Specialty outreach calls to members
• Maintain spreadsheet trackers
• Ability to add overrides when necessary
• Responsible for assignment of the follow-up calls
• Coordinate member lists
• Facilitate copay enrollment
• Answer benefit investigations

Requirements:

• MUST have minimally 1 year of experience in the healthcare field, strongly preferred experience with medical insurance experience
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access) experience and skills
• Must have exceptional interpersonal, phone and organizational skills
• Must be detail oriented, dependable, and motivated
• Professional written and verbal communication skills necessary
• Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills
