POSITION: Temporary Customer Support Representative

REPORTS TO: Customer Support Manager

HOURS: Temporary, Full-Time (Nov 2022– Feb 2023), 8am – 5pm PT

LOCATION: Remote (for WA and ID residents ONLY)

About the Position:

We are currently searching for a Temporary Customer Support Representative for the Holiday Season of November 2022 to February 2023. This role is responsible for engaging with MiiR’s direct consumers and give back up support to the current Full Time Customer Support Team. The CSR will manage customer queries, process orders, modifications and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels to various departments. As the direct connection to our customers, this important role provides elite customer service and resolves issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding promptly to DTC customer order inquiries via incoming phone calls, live chat, email, text and other social media outlets as required
  • Provide updated shipment information to consumers upon request
  • Manage returns for DTC consumers
  • Directing requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource, and/or the appropriate internal department
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Be familiar with warranty policy and respond to warranty inquiries appropriately.
  • Other duties as assigned

This job could potentially turn into a permanent position, but not guarenteed.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
  • Pleasant, courteous and efficient telephone manner with an excellent customer service approach
  • Capacity to communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of consumers and retailers on a wide range of issues.
  • Previous employment customer services and/or retail a plus.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with our products.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, college diploma preferred
  • Proficient with basic computer skills – Excel, Word, web browsers
  • Experience with Zen Desk, Hubspot, Shopify a plus
