This role will vary in hours. Standard work-week of 40 hours is a minimum, 8-5. But, as you will discover as you read the job description, the expectation will be for you to work whatever hours it takes to meet the requirements of the job. You will be paid overtime for hours over 40 per week. Certain times of year (especially spring) this can be extremely demanding, and can include some Saturdays. Other times of the year, it will be much slower.
This is the reason for both 8 and 12 hour shifts being listed on this job, because it can vary between the two.

We are a small but very quickly growing lawn care company in Oklahoma with national growth plans. We need to hire A players who have an entrepreneurial, fun, hard-working spirit about them.
We are hoping to hire a person who has a successful background in sales and customer service. This person's primary role will be to answer phones for both customers and non-customers and offer a problem-solving sales approach as well as a nurturing / eager customer service approach.
The problem we're experiencing is we have multiple inbound call and message sources (phone calls, FB messenger, emails, live chat, and SMS) that all need fast responses but we don't have anyone who is able to wrap their head around all of these conversation sources and keep up with conversations at a high rate of speed. Most frustrating is that if there are un-returned messsages or calls at the end of the day, some managers end up stepping up to ensure all of these are returned. But, we need our managers to be able to be managing their departments rather than returning customer calls and messages.
The mission for this position will be to ensure every single call, message, and other inquiry coming into our company before 5PM is returned/responded to on the same day.
The nature of these calls will be to make sales, answer lawn questions, and answer/resolve account related questions.
We need someone who is great at listening, patient, stays calm under pressure, multi-tasks, values people, would have a concerned and nurturing yet tone, and is generally upbeat and excited to work.
