Sales/Customer Experience Specialist

We are looking for an amazing person to add to our office family. We are a professional house cleaning company that offers a high quality service to our clients. We need someone to help us continue to bring that high level of service that our clients. The primary focus of this position is for phone sales and converting clients. This position will be a multi-functional position, it will encompass sales, customer service and admin work. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION, it's in our Jupiter location office. Monday thru Friday 8-5. MUST love dogs, we have 2 furry office staff that work with us.
Position pays $16-$18 to start.
Job Duties would include but not limited to:
- Inbound cleaning quotes for services
- Sales followup
- Be the voice of our company and handle all customer interaction on the phone, text and over email. We offer a really personal service, and you'll be developing a real personal relationship with the people
- Maintaining our high quality by documenting our clients needs to insure our field staff have everything to do their jobs
- Support field staff in their needs throughout the day
- Handle client scheduling
- Office tasks as the companies needs demand
- Our office staff is small and no job is too small for any of us to handle, even the laundry or taking out the trash
Other requirements:
- Strong telephone and written communication skills
- Outgoing personality; enjoys working with people
- Able to manage small business details while working independently, MUST be able to work independently (we don't like to micromanage)
- Manage time and responsibilities - scheduling, customer support, job tracking, billing, staff communications, phone calls, etc.
- Confident with typical office equipment and computer skills - especially Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, CRM, Powerpoint, Mac, Google Docs)
- Knowledge of home cleaning and home services a plus
- Experience working in Customer Service Role and a Sales Role (your #1 focus will be quoting clients for their house cleaning needs)
- Confident in selling over the phone

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
