West Coast Self-Storage Group is looking for someone to join our Customer Success team in Beaverton, OR. Ideal candidate would have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Respond to and follow up with incoming storage inquiries (web chat, SMS text and 1-800 customer support calls)
• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (web chat, SMS text and 1-800 customer support calls)
• Respond to and follow up with reservations from customer inquiries and third-party storage aggregators
• Support stores in our 100+ network in 5 states

WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE:

• Mad multi-tasking skills!
• Strong desire to help customers
• Ability to self-manage while working independently
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays (required)
• Familiarity with MS Office products (ie: Excel, Word, Outlook)
