Who’s a great fit?

Hutcherson Construction is currently seeking full-time installers and exterior carpenters to join our growing team. This is a field installer position that reports to the site Project Manager, and ideally, has 2-3 year's experience working with roofing, siding, decking materials. Some interaction with customer/homeowners will be required, so customer service skills are a must. Along with performing installations that meet or exceed company standards and timelines, you will also have responsibilities that include:

- Following ALL safety guidelines

- Surveying job sites for potential hazards and safety

- Ability to walk/Stand for long periods of time

- Ability to compete work that meets company standards and to install properly, and staying on-time and on-budget

- Carry, lift, and move materials that weigh 50lbs or more

- Taking directions on job sites to complete necessary work

- Removing original material and replacing it with new material

- Maintaining any company provided equipment

- Providing your own tools for site work

- Following diagrams and directions to complete site work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
