First Class Dental Assisting School of Nashville is a new dental assisting school opening in Brentwood, TN. Our goal is to provide excellent instruction in order to prepare new dental assistants to excel in the profession of dentistry.

We are looking for a Dental Assistant to provide instruction to dental assisting students. The talented candidate for this position must be an excellent communicator and have a passion for teaching. The right candidate will be a team player and have strong customer service skills, and will be expected to work behind the scenes while still being part of the company's success.

Responsibilities:

• Instruct on the taking of impressions and pouring models.
• Instruct on the taking of oral x-rays.
• Instruct on the setting of dental instruments and supplies.
• Proctor exams.
• Be knowledgeable about the structure and function of the teeth, mouth, and gums.
• Work with students on all areas of dental assisting.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Brentwood, TN 37027: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Dental assisting: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• X-Ray Certification (Required)
