What you do:

• Promote member independence and accomplishment of goals by supporting daily activities like cooking, budgeting, shopping, cleaning, etc.
• Follow the person-centered behavior and care plans for each member.
• Drive a company vehicle to transport members to events and appointments.
• Administer medications to residents as trained and required.

What you need:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide proof of insurance and valid Iowa driver's license or the ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Ability to keep clear and concise records and use good judgment.
• Be an effective team player, have integrity and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be responsible and maintain confidentiality.
