SUMMARY: Supports and ensures learning and skill development to clients in order to promote growth and independence in accordance with the agency mission.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Ensure safety for the clients during all program activities.
- Provide personal care to clients including toileting, changing, assisting during meals, and during transit to or from program services.
- Develop and provide stimulating activities to ensure clients are engaged. Ensure all tasks are complete to job specifications and recorded as needed.
- Provide input for the clients’ individual program plans.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have GED/ HS diploma
