They receive support for their basic necessities in other ways. This position is to provide individualized support for each of them in the community centered around community involvement and their interest. (While this certainly looks different under covid-19 precautions) we are committed to helping them find work if they want it, meaningful activities, continuing with exercise regimens, transportation for community involvement, volunteer opportunities, indulging in alternatively healthy food, etc. We are looking for someone that can keep up with the energy of people in their 30's or slow down with someone in their 80's. We are looking for someone who likes to spend their day’s actively involved in their community, making new friendships, finding new adventures, and listening well to what their friends want and need.

Job Requirements

· Dependable Vehicle

· Valid Driver’s License

· Current Auto Insurance

· High school diploma or GED

· Ability to lift 50 pounds

Additional Information

$1,500 Signing Bonus

$11.00 per/hour Starting pay and $.37 /mile reimbursement

$11.50 per/hour Eligible for this raise after 6 month review

$12.00 per/hour Eligible for this raise after 1 year review

Full time employees eligible for the following benefits:

· 403(b) retirement account (3% gift, up to 6% match)

· Sick Leave (8 hours monthly; able to be used after 6 months)

· Annual Leave (8 hours monthly; able to be used after 6 months)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Covid-19 has affected everyone we are not an exception.
We are using PPE such as; Gloves, mask, hand sanitizer, Lysol wipes, daily temperature/symptoms checks, etc.
We have 25% bonus for all hours worked with someone who is positive with covid-19.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License & Insurance (Required)

• Day Shift (Preferred)
