We are looking for a
Sales and Outreach Director to help assists in crafting and implementing a marketing plan aimed at maintaining full occupancy for the Ebenezer Assisted Living Memory Care community in Red Wing, MN. Role will be based primarily in the building/community and significant time is dedicated to working with external referral resources.
- Full Time, 72 hours per two week pay period, Salaried.
- Day with some early evening's; flexibility required for tours, move-in paperwork, events.
- There will be weekend manager rotation as well as potential needs for tours and family visits after hours.

- Establishes and supports a sales and marketing plan aimed at full occupancy
- Promotes positive customer relations
- Serves as a resource to residents and families seeking information
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent experience required
- Aging Services of MN Sales and Marketing certificate preferred
- Three to five years similar experience preferred
