Your Background
To participate in our apprenticeship program, we are actively seeking applications from different sectors as we will provide the training you need to build a successful career within our eCommerce company. We are looking for applicants with a positive outlook, a hunger to learn, and a desire to develop and grow are essential, as is the ability to work well within a team.

• Must meet all eligibility requirements outlined in DOD Instructions for SkillBridge participation.

• Official TAD/TDY Orders and other DOD mandated paperwork for the period of the apprenticeship.

• Good time management habits, ability to multi-task, to sustain focus on long tasks.

• Ability to communicate thoughts and technical ideas.

• Attitude of taking initiative, enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, teamwork, creativity.

• The ability to prioritize effectively, balance assigned work and exceptional organization skills required for our constantly evolving environments.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based work assignments.

• Should have the ability to participate in the apprenticeship program for no less than 125 days.

Honor Role's apprenticeship opportunities are nationwide with some having a physical location requirement and others being fully remote capable.
