Job description

· Managing the day-to-day workflow of the Electrical Dept., including the effective scheduling and supervision of assigned work

· Effectively supervise craft personnel to ensure that all assigned maintenance activities are performed safely in accordance with plant procedures

· As the plant’s main electrical resource, availability to respond to production or safety issues during nights and weekends

· Effectively manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs

· Work with the plant’s manufacturing Engineers to improve plant production by continually seeking out opportunities for electrical, instrumentation, or controls improvements or enhancements
