Position Overview
Reporting to the Plant Engineer, the Electrical/Systems Technician takes leadership for electrical work and programming of Allen Bradley and Siemens systems. This person works closely with the Maintenance and Engineering organizations to support their success.

In 2012, a plant in Middletown, OH was purchased to satisfy demand for welded, annealed and cold drawn product. Middletown began production in 2014.

In this role you will you be responsible for:
- Selecting and monitoring electrical/systems contractors providing services
- Designing and wiring electrical systems which will meet safety requirements
- Programming and troubleshooting Allen Bradley and Siemens systems
- Working with Project Engineers to improve quality, runtime, and throughput in the Plant
- Writing requisitions/purchase orders for services and equipment needs
- Certified Electrician or Electrical/Systems Technician degree
- Programming skills with Allen Bradley and/or Siemens systems
- Hands-on experience with wiring/connecting electrical systems
- Good understanding of basic machinery
- Good systems & electrical aptitude
- Good communication & collaboration skills
