Job Summary:
An Electronic Enrollment Support Specialist is a goal-oriented individual that strives to meet deadlines. You will work within the shared services team providing support to our electronic groups. This individual will be responsible for multiple shared services tasks such as commissions, licensing, group setup, and our operator line.

- Pull and convert electronic files
- Load electronic files
- Clear file confirmation
- Correct file errors
- Identify and correct specific file problems
- Incoming/outgoing calls
- Incoming/outgoing emails
- Conference calls
- Building license files
- Rebuilding/adjusting commissions
- Setting up groups
Requirements
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to details.
- Detail Oriented
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Able to prioritize among competing tasks.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proactive approach with a passion for service
- Adaptable and organized with ability to build rapport with customers
- Monitor and analyze group account reports, enrollment, payment history, and invoices.
- Availability for timely communication and customer service is essential.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
While performing the duties of the job, this position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, talk, and hear. Travel is not required for this position.
