This position will be based in our Seattle office.

It is important that the successful candidate has the ability to work as part of a team in addition to being confident working under their his/ her own initiative. Working with this team is both dynamic and fast paced, and you will need to be able to successfully manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
What You Will be Working On
You will have the opportunity to work alongside attorneys, paralegals and professional staff to support existing and new clients. Clients include public and private companies, across a broad range of matters including venture capital and private equity financings, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and strategic technology transactions. Examples of the types of projects you will work on include the following:
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree or completion of a technical degree with superb technical, organizational, analytical and communications skills.
Ability to establish effective working relationships with attorneys, paralegals, staff, clients, and other professionals.
Experience with Microsoft Office with an advanced knowledge of Excel.

- General corporate client maintenance, including maintaining corporate records, stock and option administration.
- Maintain corporate records and stock and option administration Capshare, Shareworks, and Carta equity management.
- Assist in preparing preliminary draft of operative documents relating to offerings.
- Prepare drafts of various agreements, certificates and closing documents.
- Prepare corporate organizational and operational documents.
- Perform corporate entity searches.
- Draft and file documents for corporate formations and entities.
- Setup and monitor corporate extranets.
- Assist in the due diligence reviews.
Required Skills

The pay range for this position in Seattle only is $26.36 to $36.00 per hour.
