Entry Level Client Services Representative

Our company was fortunate enough to have experienced an extremely successful 2021 and into 2022. This year, we are looking to grow our team in order to expand our reach with our clients. We are partnered with the the largest water provider whose goal is to increase their customer base while maintaining loyalty from their current customers. This is where we come in; through our unique, individualized approach, we are able to add a personal touch to our interactions with our client’s consumers in a manner that is professional while keeping the health and safety of everyone in mind.

We are seeking individuals to join on our Client Services team. What we are seeking in a Client Services Representative:

  • A drive to rise above the status quo, and do more than the bare minimum expected

  • An ability to be coached and trained, and a want to mentor others

A ClientServices Representative Will Be Responsible for:

  • Receiving and mastering all front-end training from leadership and management in order to become an expert in the role
  • Following client compliance standards when working with customers while maintaining the utmost professionalism
  • Becoming an expert in all client product knowledge to be able to effectively educate and answer customer inquiries
  • Learn the fundamentals of the sales process to be able to complete customer sales and achieve client satisfaction
  • Keep a detailed record of all customer interactions to send to clients in order to keep customer records up to date
  • Work directly with other Client Service Representatives in order to learn from one another and assist in the development of all
  • Contribute in daily company meetings with any ideas or feedback on how to improve our company as a whole

Requirements of a Client Service Representative:

  • High School Diploma/GED or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • 0-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or other customer-facing roles
  • Proficient communication skills to be able to communicate with customers, clients, and internally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $750.00 - $1,000.00 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Orlando, FL 32809: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
