Entry Level Grower
We are currently seeking an Entry Level Grower to join our Lewiston team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for plants, a strong work ethic, ability to multitask and excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

Maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation inside the cultivation area
Take clones from mother plants and prepare them for starting new plants
Transplant and relocate plants
Prune plants according to the company guidelines
Adhere to company’s specific overall gowning practices
Harvest plants, at the end of their life cycle, according to the company’s standard operating procedures

Job Requirements
Must be over 21 years of age
Must take and pass a background check
Must be a Maine resident
Must have or obtain an Individual Identification Card (IIC)
Ability to work as a solid team player as well a motivated self-starter
Ability to maintain confidentiality and willing to sign a nondisclosure
Ability to focus and have a strong attention to detail
Ability to work effectively as a team
Absolute reliability and honesty
Ability to adapt to faced-paced and changing environment, while maintaining a positive attitude

Physical Requirements
Ability to spend extended time standing, walking, bending, and reaching
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
