Project Play is a small scale children's musem in Hurst that offers open play, events, birthday parties and more!

We are looking for an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team and help plan, organize, and execute events for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the event, including catering, decorations, activites and ensuring the clients are happy. The Event Coordinator will also be responsible for managing budgets, creating timelines, and ensuring that all deadlines are met. Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate events from start to finish.
• Communicate with party clients
• Develop event concepts and create detailed plans for each event.
• Work with vendors to ensure that all necessary services are provided for each event.
• Manage budgets and ensure that all costs are within the allocated budget.

Types of Events:

• birthday parties
• kid friendly activites
• monthly events
• Communicate with attendees and provide customer service.

Must be available Saturday & Sunday's

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
