Job description
The Administrator will coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to management.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the management’s behalf
- Assists management with their assigned duties, particularly in areas of Recruitment, Onboarding, Termination, and other various administrative tasks.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Managing the management’s calendars, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suites- Both are required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree in related field preferred.
- At least three years of administrative and clerical experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
