Revere Court is a 56-apartment (72-residents) assisted living community in Sacramento dedicated to the care of seniors living with memory loss or related conditions. Revere Court seeks an experienced Executive Director to lead an established team to operational success and service excellence.

The primary goal of the Executive Director is to direct the day-to-day functions of the community in accordance with Federal, State, and Company regulations and policies to assure that high quality care can be provided to our residents at all times. The ideal applicant will be a seasoned leader with excellent critical thinking skills and enjoy “hands-on” leadership, and understands that foremost, success in this setting isn’t just about achieving a singular goal of profitability, deficiency-free survey, or high census; it’s about knowing your residents and meeting their needs. Chancellor’s goal is to be known for outstanding regulatory compliance and customer service.

We prefer applicants with a genuine passion for working with seniors, a positive “can-do” attitude, a desire to be part of a fantastic team, a born leader, and someone who handles emergencies with aplomb and a sense of humor.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in California as a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly Administrator.
• At least two years of current experience as an Executive Director.
• Residential Care Facility, Assisted Living, or Memory Care experience preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding and success in managing a budget.
• Ability to communicate confidently, clearly, concisely, and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing to residents, families, employees, and physicians.
