About the role
The Executive Director is responsible for hiring, training, budget development, and maintenance of relationships with Wayne County and state funding sources. The Executive Director monitors the operation of all program components, including compliance with licensing and accrediting organizations, program design, and administrative supervision of clinical and residential components, and ensures adherence to the program’s treatment philosophy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services related field from an accredited college or university (Required)
- Master's Degree in Social Work Administration or related field, (Preferred)
- 10 years of experience in Nonprofit Management (Required)
- Senior-level leadership: 10 years (preferred)
- Thorough understanding of the Michigan Community Mental Health system
