RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Effectively communicate with BOH to ensure proper timing of course firing.
- Set your section up with all garnishes, ramekins, sauces and other necessary items for service.
- Assist setting up the Expo Station with the CDC and/or Sous Chef
- Be a liaison between the FOH and BOH.
- Organize all To-Go/Delivery supplies.
- Communicate all pertinent information necessary for the accurate timing and preparation of items from the FOH to the BOH.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor.
- ALL ingredients and preparation methods of all menu items.
- Ability to clearly describe all menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Staying calm under pressure.
- Communicate clearly and accurately to FOH and BOH Employees.
