Job Description – Under the direction and supervision of a skilled worker conduct physical inspections to the facility, grounds, premises, and restrooms. Performing the majority of the PM’s and repairs on plumbing, electrical, pneumatic, and HVAC equipment.

Minimum Qualifications

· 1 year of work experience in a facility environment or Technical School Enrollment.

· High School Diploma or GED.

· Willing to work a flexible schedule.

· Detail oriented, organized, and strong critical thinking.

· Physically able to lift, pull, bend, and climb daily.

· Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

· Use of hand and power tools at a proficient level.

Skill Set/Experience Needed

· Electrical (480, 277, 240, 120, 24 VAC) (replacing electrical receptacles, running power to machines, light bulbs/fluorescent lights, etc.)

· Mechanically inclined (adept at fixing things)

· Plumbing (Repairing leaks, unplugging toilets and drains)

· Commercial HVAC (air filters, evaporative cooler pads)

· Drywall (patching, taping, finishing joints)

· Carpentry/Construction (paints jobs, installing doors, cabinet doors, shelfing, etc.)

· Understands and interprets blueprints and schematic drawings as needed.

· Use and care of commonly used equipment and tools

· Basic mathematical skills

Skill Set/Experience beneficial

· Hydraulics

· Pneumatic

· Welding/Fabricating

· Fire Alarm Systems

· HVAC knowledge
