Pay/Schedule:

• Pay rate: $50k - $60k (Depending on Experience)
• 1st shift: flexible start times between 6:30AM - 8:30AM

Job Description & Responsibilities Required:

• Proactively performs all preventative checks, routine inspections, and maintenance work assignments ensuring all facilities and equipment are properly maintained in a safe and reliable working order.
• Must have deductive reasoning ability to independently work through, identify and isolate problems root cause, based on observation or from the operations team input.
• Must keep clear and accurate records of routine testing, troubleshooting and repairs work with high attention to detail.
• Must be able to interpret reporting of maintenance issues and provide clear verbal communication and instruction or updates about interventions or repairs.
• Able to read/interpret maintenance documentation, manuals, specifications, and plans.
• Supports new or modified electrical power installations and/or component replacements.
• Performs additional other duties as assigned.

Previous Work Experience:

• 3-5 years’ experience in industrial or commercial maintenance environment

Education/Certifications:

• High School Diploma/GED Required
• Working knowledge and troubleshooting experience with various electrical systems
• Working knowledge and troubleshooting experience with various mechanical systems
• Experience w/ HVAC, hydraulic, pneumatic, or fire suppression systems a plus
• Possess basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and other applications
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion
• Responds with urgency to unscheduled maintenance and major/minor repairs
• Physically able to stand, climb ladders, crouch, crawl and lift 50lbs unassisted

Working Conditions:

• Distribution, logistics, and repair center environment; may include exposure to occasional high temperatures, noise levels and work heights. Infrequent outside work weather during all seasons

• Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires. Available for infrequent on-call
