Job description

The Winston School San Antonio has an immediate need for a full-time maintenance person to help keep our campus looking great.

Under the direction of the Facilities Manager:

· Responsible for the operation and maintenance of Winston building and its grounds

· Inspect Winston plant and facilities to determine repairs, replacement and/or improvement and address identified needs

· Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, machinery, equipment, and furnishings

· Conduct immediate, short-term, and long-term inspections and repairs of air conditioning and heating equipment

· Assist Director of Facilities as needed to endure the safety and security of the facility

· Perform daily upkeep of facilities, to include cleaning, plumbing, electrical wiring, minor and major repairs, routine building maintenance, landscaping, and snow clearance

· Coordinate with school division directors and, individual departments to reorganize and/or move furniture, telecommunications, office equipment and other materials as needed

· Set up and break down conference rooms, and dining hall for all school events and activities

Candidates must be dependable, have a current driver’s license with a clean record, and be able to pass a background and drug test. Benefits include paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, benefits, and retirement plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
