Volt is immediately hiring for Facilities Coordinator in Wayne, PA

As a Facilities Coordinator you will:
  • Maintain supplies at mail and copy stations throughout the building.
  • Greet new hires and provide company badges.
  • Maintain company manifest, phone lists, and seating assignments.
  • Assist with conference room set up for company functions and meetings.
  • Supply coffee and break areas, restock daily and porter as needed.
  • Assist with building maintenance issues.
  • Assist with offsite records storage and retrieval program.
  • Provide printing services as needed.
  • Aid with office moves and set-up.
  • Provide entry level troubleshooting services for all copier related issues.
  • Maintain basic office supplies for the building.
  • Receive, send, track, and record incoming and outgoing UPS, USPS, and DHL packages.
  • Deliver and pickup incoming and outgoing mail building wide.
  • Provides backup coverage for Receptionist as needed.
  • Performs administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, collating and faxing.
  • Utilize proprietary software to log and save relevant work documents.

This is a 4-month fulltime contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have: Good Administrative skills.

Pay Rate: $17/hr. - $18.00/hr.
  • Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
