PranaSleep (established in 2004) is a family owned latex mattress manufacturer affiliated with the reputable sleep specialty retailer, City Mattress. We have been in the mattress industry since 1964 and we proudly serve our communities and our customers with quality products and the highest standards of service. The Production Worker is responsible for helping assemble and prepare mattresses for shipment. Their duties include placing raw materials or products into manufacturing machines to aid the assembly process, packaging finished products and organizing them for shipments and completing checks on equipment and products to ensure quality production. Positions include the following:

• Industrial Sewing Machine Operator
• Machine Operator
• Material Handler
• Forklift operator
• Packer
• Quality Assurance
• Quality Control Inspector

Job Duties

• Monitor the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely load and shipment
• Assemble and prepare goods for shipment
• Complete quality assurance testing on goods and products
• Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory in warehouses
• Organize inventory in an easy-to-access process
• Utilize machinery such as forklifts to load orders
• Maintain the quality and upkeep of warehouse equipment including machinery
• Move materials or completed products and packages to established locations

Job Requirement

• Ability to work on your feet on the production floor
• Ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to work well with a team
• Ability to work from 7am-3pm

Position Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will ideally have some factory/manufacturing experience. All candidates must have manual dexterity, be dependable, and be able to work in a team-based environment and perform the essential functions of the job.
