A highly respected and well-established flower shop in McHenry County Illinois is seeking a team lead to oversee daily operations of our award-winning establishment. This candidate will need to be very well versed in time management and ready to work in a fast-paced environment. Multitasking is a must and the ability to remain focused while frequently interrupted by staff and customers is necessary. This individual will need to work directly with all employees in the flower shop. This applicant needs to be a leader, mentor and someone who can guide the team in a direction desired by the owners. Due to the nature of this business and industry, holidays and weekends are required. Prior flower shop experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
