The Front Desk Agent position is responsible for following the hotel’s recommended guest arrival and departure procedures. Understanding of computer-based front desk systems is sufficient to perform the primary responsibilities of the job. This position answers guests’ questions about the hotel services and amenities, makes reservations, and handles cash and credit transactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Prior cash handling experience necessary.
· High School diploma or equivalent.
· Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
· Read, write and speak English fluently.
