As a Sales Associate you will:

-help clients understand the benefits of regular massage, skin care and stretch

-establish relationships with members and guests

-connect clients with retail products to extend the positive impact of the services they receive

-promote the value of total body care

-uphold the Massage Envy core values

At Massage Envy, we work best as a team, so we are looking for someone who can work well with others in a fun and fast-paced environment. Your role is converting guest into members, retaining members, driving retail sales, and delivering an amazing experience. This includes:

-providing outstanding customer service by answering phone calls, scheduling services, greeting clients, and maintaining a safe environment for everyone

-driving member retention

-the ability to multi-task

-selling retail products to guests, as well as commissions

-selling memberships by helping clients understand the benefits. Commissions and additional hourly rate paid in every check
