CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITIONS:
ACCESS CONTROL/FRONT DESK/GATEHOUSE OPERATIONS.
AVAILABLE IN: MIAMI-DADE, BRICKELL, MIAMI BEACH, HOMESTEAD, AND KENDALL (40 HOURS A WEEK)
COMPENSATION: BASED ON EXPERIENCE ($15.00-$18/HOUR)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL TIME/ALL SHIFTS.
Interviews conducted from Monday-Friday 9AM-2PM
LOCATION: All interviews will be held at the following location:

Miami Management, Inc., is looking for highly-motivated, professional, well-groomed and reliable individuals for Front Desk/Customer service positions for some of the best residential properties in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting residents and guests.
- Controlling access to the property (guests, vendors, contractors, etc.).
- Conduct roving patrols of the property.
- Coordinating receipt and delivery of packages.
- Monitor security cameras.
- Apply all safety and security policies, programs and procedures.
- Ability to handle crisis situations/emergencies (fire, water leaks, accidents, etc.)
- Answer phone in a clear and professional manner.
- Ensure work areas are maintained in a clean and professional manner.
- Basic computer skills.
- Personal skills.
- May require some physical activity.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Well Groomed

- Well-mannered
- Respectful
- English language skills - oral and written
- Bilingual skills may be desirable for some properties
- Have reliable transportation
- Punctual, reliable and responsible
