NutriFlo Medspa and IV Lounge is the premier destination for innovative aesthetic anti-aging treatments, We are a team of advanced cosmetic injectors, aesthetic experts and skincare professionals who have a passion for mastering their craft and continuing their medical and aesthetic education.

Our growing medical aesthetics office is looking to hire part-time Medical Front Desk Receptionist.

The ideal candidate would have knowledge/experience in the Aesthetics industry (Botox/Dysport, Dermal Fillers and Injectables, Lasers etc.) The candidate must be sharp, detail oriented, flexible, energetic, and a team player.

Our front desk staff members happily greet patients, have excellent communication skills, schedule appointments, answer phone calls and handle all patient questions or complaints while giving accurate and information.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Greeting patients -Scheduling appointments

-Opening & Closing Procedures

-Send appointment reminders

-Processing payments -Answering phone calls -Answering emails

Desired Skills:

-High School Diploma/ GED -Knowledge of the aesthetics industry preferred -Customer service experience preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
