We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist with great people skills to join our growing team. A front desk receptionist can perform a wide variety of tasks, from greeting customers to answering phones, as well as providing administrative support for our company's management team. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Give basic directions.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, faxes, and emails.
• Answer questions and provide information to clients, vendors, or other customers.
• Deal with correspondence by forwarding to the appropriate individual or department.
• Maintain a high volume of outgoing calls, emails, and faxes.
• Help with data entry.
• Follow proper office procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about what's going on in the company.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
